Founded in 1852, The Victoria and Albert Museum in London is the world's largest museum of applied and decorative arts and design, as well as sculpture, housing a permanent collection of over 2.27 million objects and it is 5 stories high. It was another July 2019 rainy day and this place was near where I was staying along with being on the London Pass. I wish I would have known how massive this place was and how easily you can get lost it in. Check out a map before you go. I really enjoyed the statues, jewelry, Beatrice Potter artwork, and more.

Simply one of the most boring museums we've been to as a family definitely do not bring the kids.

Excellent Museum. Free entrance with lots of free activities/music concerts, etc. depending on the day. You should take a look to their website to find out more about it, also great exhibitions (some free, some you need to pay), workshops, talks, really nice art and history ambiance. The Gift Shop and Restaurant area are super big and you have many choices. Highly recommended!

The Kimono exhibition is great. If you are going to see it, l recommend a venture into the Japan section (V&A) before the exhibition. Great little videos on how to get dressed in a kimono and the exhibits are super
