Great medical office, wonderful and warm experience from start to finish. Appreciate Dr. Gaurang taking time to go over the diagnosis clearly and treatment options and didn't have to long too see him. The practice manager Sim is always helpful and welcoming. Highly recommended.

Saw Doctor Robin R. I was mis advised basic information regarding endocrinology and told “I should feel better” with the hormone levels I had which was extremely incorrect. Was also interrogated on my gym supplement use saying it was the cause of my issues when symptoms had predated any usage and had since improved taking such supplements. Gaps in knowledge like this is dangerous and I left feeling very frustrated by this experience. Have since found a better GP who listened and has identified problems for me.

The doctors at this surgery are always professional, knowledgeable and responsive to your needs. they also are very good at following up with local hospitals to ensure referrals are handled in a timely manner. good team.

Polite staff, prompt service. Facilities were clean. I felt the doctor I saw actually took the time to listen, which I genuinely appreciate. Of note, I have been here twice in the last 2 weeks. Men's bathroom does not have soap, slightly concerning as A) this is a public medical centre. B) COVID 19. (I did let staff know of this)
