Luna Bakery & Cafe

I have passed this place so many times. Today I pulled in and checked it out. I was missing out on some Great Morning Starts! The Coffee is fine. The Raspberry cream croissants are FANTASTIC. Wait staff are helpful. When you place your order; tell them Joe sent you...they will say Joe Who...that's me 😃

Their food is very good, but the cake is HORRIBLE. First of all, my boyfriend ordered three weeks in advance to get the Black Forest cake. The baker told my boyfriend that she couldn’t make that. (why put it on your menu then?) I like the Luna cake from the store. The Luna cake has a little cranberry filling in the middle, and it tastes really good. I was expecting something like that, but in the cake version. So We get the cranberry filling cake with chocolate filling. The cake looks pretty, but it’s the worst birthday cake I ever had. You can tell Luna bakery used cheap icing because it has a greasy aftertaste. They claim use “real ingredients to create the best tasting baked goods for our wonderful customers. “, but no. It’s totally different from the cakes they sold in store. The sponge cake itself is really dry as well, it’s like eating a soap. The filling is very hard, and it has a greasy aftertaste as well. I would not recommend ordering custom cake from them at all!!! It totally ruined my birthday.

Excellent Food / Treats. Everything is scratch made. And the coffee is excellent as well... Highly recommend 👍👍

Great bakery. Cookies are fantastic. Breakfast burrito was tasty. Reasonably priced for what you get.

Delicious food and atmosphere. Things seemed a bit chaotic, everyone running around and a rather long wait. But they recognized it and gave us free cookies while we waited outside.
