Enfield / Rocky Mount KOA Journey

Super staff and facility. We were greeted instantly by a friendly smile and escorted to our site. Questions and concerns were addressed right there. The store is fully stocked and open. There is propane and a dump station. Internet is slightly slow but sufficient and tv has plenty of stations. We enjoy staying here because it’s quiet and convenient. We’ll be back

It's a KOA! If you've stayed at one, you know that they have their act together and the Enfield / Rocky Mount KOA is no exception. We pulled in after dark and my reservation was clearly posted on the bulletin board. My spot was clearly marked along with explicit directions on how to get there. Much appreciated! It's a good stop over point from DC metro area, especially when leaving Friday afternoon.

Great staff. Nice quiet shaded space with easy on and off highway access. The restrooms could use a little updating but they were clean. I do think this park had better water pressure than any park I have been to. The showers 🚿 were great. They have a small store not a large selection of food but there’s plenty of 🍻beer and flavored 🍹malt beverage’s. They also provided a fire pit and sell fire wood in the camp store. 😉 Would recommend this park.

I appreciate that you can’t help rain but this KOA must have been built on a flood plain. If you got off a driveway you sunk into slush Dog park was under water. Had to give dog a bath her legs were covered in mud. One night was enough.

This was not our first stay at this KOA as it is so convenient to I-95. The staff is always great too! This time around the weather was not cooperating. There were heavy thunderstorms and incredibly heavy rains so everything was quite soggy.
