ADB - TAMALE ATM

Adb seriously I am really really disappointed in u. U have developed a platform for bank - mobile money transfer for convenience and smooth work. But what am experiencing is the opposite way. I do transaction from bank to Momo and I won't receive the Momo money meanwhile my bank balance will be deducted and no message for refund too. And the most annoying part is the toll free number you have, nobody answer it when I call countless times. Please and please again, give me an active number like mtn, Togoairtel or voda ,so o can call whenever I need help. If this situation does not resolve by next week I will close my account with u (ADB). Because I can't always go through Hell before getting my own money. Thank you.
