the hotel is nice clean rooms very nice and good space. the staff was very helpful and excellent customer service. hotel is in a good area really close to everything. The kitchen staff was very clean and respectful the free breakfast was good. not too expensive the prices are good. the only thing that was not good was the swimming pool it was not clean I hope they upgrade the cleaning pool staff to do a better job. the swimming pool was not up to the standards of the rest of the hotel.

The rooms are spacious...very spacious. Located some few kilometres from the airport, it is a good place to lodge especially when you need to rush out to the airport. The hotel has prospects for accommodation and conferencing. However they need to up their game with their professionalism, especially with regards to conferencing. There are quite a number of conference rooms but a bit slow with putting things in order. It would be great if staff are more proactive with issues and equipment are more modernised. It takes quite long also to obtain receipts for conferences held. They can lose prospective customers to other up and coming hotels if it is continued.

Good quality services all round - accommodation and hospitality, food, environment. And they serve good tasty local dishes. They also have deluxe apartments appropriate for family holiday or vacation. I would say it's a very nice place and their charges, relatively, is worth their investment. Their services meet all class of people
