You only meet at most 2 tellers and they're slower than the snail and tortoise. They're faces are not welcoming at all and the teller close to the main entrance often make calls and be on WhatsApp even when he's attending to a customer. The branch manager should sit up

I have been here a couple of times, you are most of the time on your own. You struggle mentally to get who to ask for assistance because the faces are not welcoming enough. At least either a personal at the entrance to tell you which teller or person to see, nothing like that, this branch has always been my last resort when the market circle branches are choked. Someone should check this.
