The hotel itself is nice and neat, the hotel front desk gentleman was very welcoming and nice. The duvet was dirty and doest look like its changed for every guest, it made me itch through the night and I ultimately had to sleep without it.. The restaurant receptionist were very rude and disrespectful, they watched me struggle with opening the door and they never assisted me whiles 2 ladies sat at the front desk watching me. When I entered they looked at me and couldn't even greet me as a guest, very rude ladies. I came from Accra just for 1 day. This hotel is not a cheap hotel to stay so I expect better.. I will not return again definitely not to the restaurant. You ladies need to learn to welcome each and very guest that walks through the door, you don't have to know someone before you do your job. A simple hello, welcome, good evening will not kill you!! I watched these same ladies be extremely nice and jovial to a white guy who walked in the restaurant. I ordered food and it was spoiled when eating, I informed the waitress about it and I still paid full price, no apologies rendered. The housekeeping staff were extremely loud early in the morning, loud conversations right infront of the door in the hallway with no regards to guests which woke me up.
