A year now paying all my registration fees and still have not received my certificates. Poor customer service. Calling office line many times and no one picks up. If it were to be a private owned business they would have paid more attention to customers. As if i would not pay taxes after registration. Very disappointed, appalling customer service. Cannot rate 0.01 star, i would have given that to you.
