Very nice 5 star hotel and tallest building in the country. Nice view of city as well as sea. Works for leisure as well as business trips. Situated in a very peaceful location surrounded by various embassy's and beautiful sea on one side.

Excellent, prestigious hotel positioned right in the heart of downtown Lomé. As the tallest building of the capital, the panoramic views from its top floor restaurant are just amazing. Throughout our long-term stay, my family and I noted a constantly attentive, polite and competent service. Rooms are clean, well-kept, elegant and large. The hotel restaurants provide for a wide and affordable choice of tasty local and international dishes. Service is quick, smiling and professional. There is also a large outdoor pool, which we enjoyed during weekends, as well as a gym and a spa, but we did not try these (yet). The hotel premises appear very safe and security checkpoints are in place in the areas surrounding the building. Social distancing and hygiene measures are usually respected, with hotel staff wearing masks at all times.

I was not at the room, only at the swimming pool. The staff is extremely bad. They don't want to sell nothing. I was 5 hours and 4 of them waiting for drinks and food. I had them because I went to the bar to have it Is a no come back place. Poor management and poor service. Food quality is poor also, better to eat and swim at Onomo Hotel by far.
