The staff i met here was so not nice. With a straight face and constantly checking her phone. The reception was terrible. I'd rather call but they hardly answer anyway. I called for a minimum of 10 times before going there when nobody answered. I hope this is not the norm and someone was just having a bad day.
Please turkish airlines accra answer the phone when rings. Alot of customers out there what to reachout and no response from the number you have. Educate the public

This airline successfully destroyed my 2 bags which I got to realise after checking out at the Rome(fumicino) airport.
