Good airline and are very time conscious. They use the E145 and if you are good with Jet engines, that's your best choice

Got very good customer service at this airline today and indeed most times when I visit. The receptionists there is very professional and the office atmosphere is nice. I like their customer care service as well. It's fare are just normal. Recommended for your travels really

Take this airline at your own risk. Completely incompetent customer service and they cancel flights with no warning. After your flight is inexplicably canceled, expect to get no in-person help from agents at the airport, unsympathetic customer service agents over the phone, and a 1+ hour wait just to get your bags and go home. This has been my worst travel experience ever.

Great staff. Good location. They accept cards and cash, so that's a plus. And the staff make it a point to explain to you what the restrictions of your ticket are. The ambience is just right.

It's an awesome place to book and enjoy your flights. Their human relations is also adorable.
