Pet Vero Guest House

Worst hotel experience ever.This hotel concept is I give you a room and that's it. They will charge you a room for air condition and hot shower and when lights are off they will say it's not their fault when you draw their attention.You will find to your utter surprise they just don't care about service they say will be provided but only money. Customer service needs an awful lot to be desired. Wish I had known earlier...don't look too much in the breakfast if you don't want to find weevils. Best of luck
