FOOD BAZAAR

It's not Fairways anymore, it's now Food Bazaar.

Lousy prepared food...this place has definitely changed!

So sad to see Fairway go, but have been very happy to see that Food Bazaar is a worthy successor! The layout and selection is much the same (and prices seem lower!). Coffee, cheese, seafood, deli, produce seem pretty much unchanged. I do miss the Fairway-brand olive oils and spices, but this will definitely become our go-to grocery store. One MAJOR issue is their over-reliance on plastic...esp in the produce section. Ditch the plastic trays and wraps and you'll get 5 stars from me.

I was expecting so much more out of this Food Bazaar... So here are the pros: huge produce section, not crowded, fully stocked ( no boxes in the isle just sitting there). Cons: under construction, wasn't alone of workers and the store is kind of confusing. I was walking in circles until I saw one worker on the floor whom was able to assist me. This cashier was the GOAT.. She had a disgruntled customer and she was so professional. I commended her on having such poise. All in all, maybe when the construction is complete this could be an awesome shopping experience.
