Doughnuts are good, but a lot more could be done to improve customer service! The last time, I picked up myself! This time I ordered to be delivered! It's almost 4 hours...I'm still waiting! was told order had been dispatched, called dispatch I spoke to earlier, he said order wasn't with him, but another rider.....I'm yet to receive a call from this other rider! called the shop and no one picks up! All these little things are a put off actually!

The Donuts are great! However, I ordered and paid for donuts at 12:39 and at 16:30, I haven't heard from the delivery guy. I really didn't want to have it for supper🙁

Doughnuts with a new definition!!! Not your ' normal ' regular doughnut. Comes in a wide variety of shapes and sizes, flavorings and sides you don't want to miss!!😊😊 Delicious doughnuts.. you can order as many as you want for your parties, weddings, birthdays, naming ceremonies, funerals, breakfasts and lunches, desserts, etc. They're very affordable!!! Come try mouth watering, caramel, apple, sugar glazed donuts...

Doughnuts are great! Ordering over WhatsApp was a breeze. However, once getting there to pick up (after being told the doughnuts would be ready long before then), I inexplicably waited a ridiculous amount of time before actually receiving the doughnuts. The receptionist also seemed quite cold and uninterested overall. Apart from the less than stellar in-store experience, I loved the doughnuts. Would happily request delivery next time.
