Do not dare rent or deal with this company. If you make a reservation with Expedia for an Avis rental car, your contract is completely voided and a new one for Land Tours will be created. They will also give you a fake Avis rental car contract. They will charge your credit card to Land Tours and over charge you. The lady Jessica is completely unorganized, untruthful, dramatic lady and she’s not a good liar. All of the employees are afraid of her as she tends to be a dictator. The stole $131.6 from me in which now I’ve hired an attorney. I’m sure they are upset that I got my money back from my credit card company. Take your business elsewhere.

I called to make a last minute arrangements for a tour on a Saturday afternoon and someone answered the phone, patiently took my request. The guide was 30 minutes early to pick me up and the service was excellent! Keep it up.

Enjoyed my vacation to Takoradi with Landtours in October. Planning to take a trip to Sao Tome next year and I'll surely go through them again. They provide very professional services and their planners are thoughtful.
