The services provided here are okay. However, they can improve them. I think this washing bay should be performing at high levels...in terms of facility, and professionalism. The staff here should be trained in customer service.
I was cheated...apparently a general inside and outside wash is 10 cedis. My washer said 25C. I would have been fine with that but, the inside was still dusty, tyres hadnt been cleaned.
I saw one guys car being vigorously washed inside and out and he paid 10 cedis.
So...if you're female and obviously not from here be alert. I argued and said i would only pay 15C but didnt have any change so gave him C20.
Lesson learned....i was prepared to tip well. His loss.
Super fast service... They are very reliable
The manager at American washing Bay is very rude. How can I ask for a receipt and then you tell me if u give me a receipt for the service I am paying for,your sheets will get finished.
I regret ever going there
