they really delay with delivery. if you want a timely delivery, then it's definitely not FedEx. you're better off sending by station bus. almost 2 weeks, I didn't receive my package that was sent from Tamale to Accra. so frustrating

Seriously speaking if you have another option of shipping use them instead of FedEx. There's so much going on there which is not right especially with the fact that the customs agents will frustrate you to death. I ship all the time and my experience with FedEx has been the worst here. Avoid it. There's other options in Ghana which are totally stress free for sending and receiving items
