I have always wanted to visit RocoMamas, how people just talk about the burgers and the ribs. I think I had my expectations way up there* you know how it is. I loved the portion served (had fries with beef ribs combo) and my friend order extra fries with cheese. The sauce on the ribs was just too sweet for ribs (maybe we ordered the wrong thing) and the cheese was not the best I have had. But still, I will come back for the ribs _ nicely cooked!
The place was packed but the waiters are so friendly and ensured they got a table together for us. Very happy with the food and the service. Keep it up!
Had a really good meal at this location
The restaurant surrounding is a vibe considering it is in the middle of a shopping mall you are completely transported out of it to almost feel like you are in a garden.
It is right opposite the cinema making it the perfect snack after some movies
As you can see we ordered a burger fries and nachos all of which were up to standard. They could do a better job on their chilly sauce considering they charge for it as well.
The staff was lovely and their arrangements to tackle Covid are more than sufficient.
Service was too slow. Staff never got around to taking my order. Was keen ok their burger but had to leave. Maybe next time
The food really really deserves the stars. The service really really needs attention! We got somebody else's order, had a bite without realizing it then just stuck to it out of sympathy! Not been to a single RocoMamas in Kenya as good as the ones in South Africa, sadly!
