I have been there a couple of times and as their attendants showed good customer relation/service.

It was good doing business with them.

I couldn't believe they drove me away over 2 GHS worth nose mask. Instead of offering me one mask because I had left mine, they chose to market the 2ghs worth nose mask and didn't bother to ask about what I was purchasing not to even think of bringing me my order of books outside the shop. Very disappointed 😞.

Very poor customer service. I wanted to wash my hands and requested for soap but the man sitting at the front said the water was soapy so I asked if there was water for rinsing and he said no. I asked again if I could get water to rinse my hands and the man said I should just wash my hands with the soapy water like that and if I won't too I should go. Really?????
