Hmmmmm 35 years indeed with message like everything is okay. I bought air ticket and has since March 2020 requested for refund but as at date (over 7 months now, I still don't have my refund. what was my money used for. I did not travel just refund my money for services I never enjoyed has become a problem. I have called and sent emails more than 20 times and everyday there is a new story. we are all aware of the impact of COVID on business including airlines but if you assure me I will get my refund in 14 days and later tell me you have given me options via email knowing very well have I requested for refund so you can tell me you have a lot of request so it going to take about 90 days so "you can buy time" then we have to becareful with the airline because this is *customer deposit and "it should not be part of your spending money neither should it take over 7 months for the customer to get his money back"* my questions are; Are we safe to pay money to Emirates? are we safe with emirate that have enough money to operate? Is Emirates going bankrupt? We need answers now. Also the apporpirate authourities would also know (with evidence) the treatment the airline is giving to it customer from a disappointed customer in Ghana.
