Unfortunately they didn't have the part I needed but they definitely had the largest selection of Milwaukee tools I've ever seen.

Great place to get your tools repaired

Will never deal with again. Had my one key set repaired under warranty set was only two years old. Then they disposed of them since I did not get down there right away to pick them back up with holidays and contractor hours. No warning no second call just disposed of. I would have happily paid shipping instead of loosing $500 in tools. They said theres nothing they can do. I contacted Milwaukee customer service no response in a week.

I was there today, and the service technician could not have been more helpful. I have a very old, but much loved Milwaukee 0407 drill, that wouldn't start, even after I managed to acquire a new battery (had it rebuilt). I couldn't tell if it was a problem with the new battery or something else. The technician rigged up lines from a known good battery to test it, and the drill would not start. He confirmed that it was something within the guts of the drill, most likely the motor, that was shot, and difficult, if not impossible, to fix since parts are no longer available for my 26 year old drill. He saved me chasing down rabbit holes, and it looks like I'll be buying a new Milwaukee drill. After 26 years it doesn't owe me anything.
