Nice lobby, clean with a beautiful ambience. Courteous staff. Didn't lodge there, just stopped by to see a guest

1. Driver was an hour late to pick me up from the airport even on informing the hotel prior about a pickup when booking & on call. 2. Loud live band on Sunday. Totally don't recommend being in the rooms then. 3. Menu is 1 page long with no variety. 4. The breakfast buffet is the same 6 bland things. 5. On the first night after a late airport pickup, lady at reception lied she would upgrade me for my troubles. She proceeded to check me into the oldest hotel room I've ever been to. Dirty tiles and an old tub and the oldest furniture. 6. Next day after asking to check out and sharing my complaints they checked me into a newer hotel room. Turns out they are remodelling & just conveniently put me in the horrible rooms. 7. AC outdoor units right by the window. You'll hear them day & night. 8. Not enough words to tell you that the service in the hotel is not worth the experience. Perhaps at almost half price it would come close. Please take your money elsewhere.

LOVE the African Regent! I love the African themed prints and artwork. Service was GREAT. We enjoyed the piano music also.

I went there for breakfast and it was really nice.calm environment and kinda private too,very courteous waiters and a good place to have a me time or a romantic breakfast for two😍 price is not too bad too 120ghc per head.

Like their food, really nice, both local and continental.
