The wait-times reasonable (though pre-orders through Apple’s website are always preferable). Staff friendly and knowledgeable, though it is hard to discern who is staff since their uniform is just an ordinary t-shirt. Storefront uses nice modern architecture and wide-open floor space below ground-level.

What a great store. Everyone was so proficient, friendly, competent, not like Apple customer service. Products are sleek and unparalleled. Also, the modern design of the store is very captivating, especially with the amazing glass roof/ skylight overhead. Loved it!
