Good, prompt and straight to the point service. A business is not measured by how they sell you a product, but how they service you afterwards. I can only say good things about the brand, and about the local rep in Israel.
This store has all the latest styles and compares with Tumi stores in other countries. The only drawback is that prices are significantly more expensive than in North America.
