Very nice people and good condition bikes. Did a 3 hour biking trip but I am unfortunately not athletic enough to do this. One day when I am fitter I would like to do the 4 hour trip to the waterfall. It is 180 cedis per person and is very reasonable. The car picks you up at your destination so no need to cycle back!
Biking and Hiking through remote areas in the mountains town is an exciting experience for Bike Lovers with awesome view of the vegetation, settlement and Bush routes.
I have been a guide for 3 years and I have travel with many people from deferent country's to deferent tourist centers.
