Vip Lodge

The place was cool until we had to call severally after 10am to have breakfast delivered. In fact we left without breakfast. We also slept in darkness for hours after the lights went off during the day and night. The owner of the facility is nice to his guests tho but Pls work on providing better services.

This absolutely a home away from home experience! The lodge has a very conducive environment with well trained staff who made my stay a really good one. Oh not forgetting the neat and quality facilities provided, I will definitely recommend this place anytine

Was soo much impressed when I visited here.. Nice and neat rooms with lots of space and quality service from the workers and the entire management... A place to be with a nice view at the mountains.. Best place to be

Such a disappointing experience. We stayed at this lodge because it was our absolute last option. 1. Other than the manager, all the staff were rude. Horrible customer service. 2. I understand Ghana is a predominantly Christian country but waking up in the early hours of the morning to people singing and praying seems a bit inconsiderate to guests. 3. If you're a guest here, employees determine what time you wake up with the amount of noise they make talking and shouting across the room to each other. 4. They claimed to offer breakfast and free wifi. We stayed there 3 nights and never had anyone proactively call to find out if we would like breakfast. On the last morning there when we called to finally ask for breakfast, they decided to charge an additional meal because we were 2 in a room and they only offered free breakfast for 1 person. This seemed ridiculous because we didnt even get breakfast for the 2 previous mornings we were there. We also had to request wifi access on the second night because they never gave us access on the first. 5. The customer service was just horrible. Employees were rude to me and also to others. All other guests with us made the same observation. If you have to stay there, do it with very low expectations.
