Everything went as planned for my trip to Tbilisi Georgia so I am happy with the service I got. Had absolutely no problems or worries. Edit: Forgot to mention i got stuff i did not even expect like flights to and from the airport on arrival when leaving. Really surprised me but I'm grateful as it saved me stress.

I am highly disappointed in flight center Cradle Mall Krugersdorp, end of November, me and my wife made a booking to Windhoek, preferable earliest flight, the agent told us there where only 9:30 flight and the 13:40 available, we opted for the 9:30 flight, paid cash and started preparing for our well deserved holiday. I was surprised that we only received the receipt, but trusted flight center service. Two weeks ago we received flight confirmation and saw our flight was for 13:40, immediately phoned the agent and headed the we actually signed for the late flight, Huey guy! How did this slip through the cracks? Okay, we accept this human error! Until we arrive today at OR just to find out, hear this, just for commission! Me and my wife where booked separate seats row 22 & row 27!!!!! Nobody shared this with us, we are 2 x angry!!!! When my wife phoned the agent, he yells at her and throws the phone down in her ear. She get a call from the manager, saying, sorry!! We cannot do anything now. Our long waited holiday starts with a bang!! Please reconsider when using flight centre I future. Bad service, high strung rude staff. I am traveling today and have been harassed and yelled at by Michael who seems to enjoy running his colleagues down. Although Bryce did not follow up on my booking at all, no confirmation, no e ticket. As Bryce did not mention or offer travel insurance and I’m a single female traveling alone I assumed it was included in the ticket price as in all my other travels it was purchased along with the ticket and the cost of my Flight Centre ticket was somewhat higher than advertized. That is poor service but at least Bryce is polite. Michael harrassed me for 3 days before and on my flight day to buy the insurance, told me Bryce is incompetent and tried to get me to report Bryce. When I asked Michael to stop bothering me he phone and yelled that I am appalling! I will never book through Flight Centre again. I’m shocked by the harrassment from Michael and generally not impressed with your service. I eventually stopped taking Michaels calls and have asked him for contact details of the regional manager which he has not produced. Unnecessary stress thank you
