I have an account with UBA but I must accept that it's the worst bank ever. How can you have a bank you cant reach on phone in times of emergency. Terrible!

I am rating it here because this is the head office...I spent 3hours at your banking hall today at Tanoso branch -kumasi .I want there to do unitylink transaction They didn't tell me anything, when I waited for about 1 hour .I went to ask them, but the same story... that I should have patience...I waited for 3hours...mmmm Customers satisction was poor...I think something should be done about it... Thank you .
