It's a nice place but they have to increase their customer service representatives to reduce waiting time
The workers are very good and also looks friendly. The workers understand customers very well
Excellent service with good customer service. Place is secured and neatly furnished. I somehow believe people sitting on the curb of the road is not very safe as it's a disaster waiting to happen. There should at least be a raid or guard between the customers waiting outside in a queue and the service area.
If MTN doesn't work on this and an accident happens then its on them. Customer safety is key.
Slow pace of service delivery leading to long queues
I loved their service... she even helped me charge my phone when my battery was very down .....I love the environment too
