I loved my visit here on Memorial Day. I needed to cancel an online order, and make an in store purchase due to a delivery time constraint. The sales clerks were extremely cordial and amazingly helpful. My entire issue was sorted, and my new Away aluminum suitcase in hand within 10min. This business has my highest recommendation.

Nice bags marketed toward millennials. This isn't the type of business the Seaport really needs, but it's the type of business the Seaport probably deserves. You could easily drop a couple hundo here. Cool spot.

Quick and easy purchase in a streamline, no-fuss environment. I knew what I was looking for before I entered the store, but a staff member still whipped out the spec sheet when I was unsure of a measurement. They also encouraged me to pull whatever suitcase I wanted and wheel it around, open it up, see how it looked in the mirror to make sure I made a purchase I was comfy with. I also had additional concerns bc the Bigger Carry-on is slightly bigger than what American Airlines states as its carry-on limit, but the staff assured me that they've never received complaints from anyone about their luggage not fitting, so I got it in red and am very pleased so far.

The sales associates were extremely knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. Love their luggage.
