The staff was friendly and attentive. The facility was clean and updated. The key card also switched on the power so when you take it out everything shuts off. That's too cool. My favorite part was the hot shower. Too many hotels in Ghana does not have a water heater for their bathrooms. It is the first thing I look for in a place to stay as well as cleanliness. They had both. I also liked the late checkout. Breakfast was included with our stay. I give four stars because some kinks need to be worked out but we will be back, God willing.
- I would suggest putting a menu in the bedrooms so guests can order directly from the restaurant and not bother the front desk.
-I would also suggest placing the wifi password in the bedrooms if that is an amenity included in the guest's package.

The best hotel in Kumasi so far. Super clean environment, friendly staff, great breakfast and high security. My kids love our room, and the compound. And it's affordable too.
