Good customer service from the main section but the same can not be said about the team at the turbonet section.
They have very poor service delivery and it is very bad on their part.
They need to be trained.
There's more room for improvement on their servives. They used to be fast and efficient, but during this covid era, a transaction that should take you less than 2 minutes, you spend over 5 hours just waiting in a queue. It's very frustrating.
