Herbal Technology (Kumasi)

FIRST---my experience as a client at Herbal Technology Clinic has always been positive, and as a satisfied client and customer I have even referred friends---who have also gone... However, the phone service at the clinic is horrendous and since they have only ONE TELEPHONE NUMBER to contact them on, if the connection is bad--you will be blocked from reaching them---!! It's unimaginable, as I called this day, and each time because the person answered ' hello'---instead of saying the name of the clinic--- when I'd ask if it was the clinic, we'd get disconnected...eventually, the clinic blocked my call !!! And I'm calling them in regards to an ongoing health matter---as a patient, and as a client I'm mortified at this turn of events, as for the most part I have been pleased with their services...and now, it seems the only way to reach them---besides taking the day off to go there---is thru this review, which I hope they read and give me a call...
