Great Land Hotel

Really disappointed with their customer service at the reception, failing to address us properly after giving out our reservations which we had confirmed twice before arrival. They left us standing without a word even after speaking with the manager who confirmed our rooms had been given out; pathetic! Aside that, the location is just okay and the lady at the kitchen was nice and courteous. Overall they can do way better

Great atmosphere and the ground so much for your time and consideration and look forward to seeing everyone on the family of four years ago when I get back to you doing recently and I will be in touch with you doing today very attractive hotel in bantams and it's environment

Worse hotel ever. I killed a roach in my room. Heater didn't work. We reserved room prior to our arrival but the rooms were given out. There was a serious stench in my room from the toilet. No duvet in the rooms. I will never recommend this hotel for my enemy.
