Ecobank - Osu Branch

Bad experience. Very long queues, very slow and relaxed staff. 40 minutes for one customer at front desk is way too much. Plus after the remark about her sluggishness the lady started arguing instead of apology.

I don't hate it

i signed up for internet banking like two weeks ago and up to date i havent received any notification or whatsoever indicating that the activation has been done

The Osu branch must update us with an alternative contact number their landline is not reliable and CONSTANTLY ENGAGED

I wish I could give them a negative star rating. I deposited a cheque and for three days, no one called to inform me the cheque had been returned. Until I check my Statement and had to call them to find out what happened. No sense of urgency in their dealings. Terrible service!!!
