Horrible noise level for anyone living in proximity of airport. The small planes, often 40+ years old, are constantly flying in circles at 1000 feet or below over the residential areas. The FAA allows flying below that altitude during takeoff and landing, but they break that regulation constantly when flying in circles. If you want to have a barbeque outside with your family, or work from home - expect a low-flying old plane interrupting your peace every 3-5 minutes. Also, given their history of accidents, I wonder how safe it is to have such high traffic of joy rides over the residential areas. Attaching a snapshot from a flight tracking app from Dec 10th, 2020 to show just how ridiculous their routes are, potentially breaking FAA regulations.

Good location. A small regional airport with an amazing amount of traffic.
