Beach Lake Bakery

This place is hidden gem indeed as mentioned in the other reviews here. Sourdough bread is really good! Also tried couple pies and croissants, all good. if you are living nearby Calicoon town, drive to this cafe is beautiful in the fall. Friendly and welcoming staff. If they had served fresh brewed coffee then it would have been a complete one stop breakfast place, but they don’t serve coffee :(

I’ve been meaning to stop by Beach Lake Bakery for the past few months, but just got a chance to visit yesterday ( it’s an hour and 15 minute drive) and I am so happy that I did! The Merry Berry pie is DELICIOUS! The old world rye bread is delicious. The ginger cake is delicious and everything else that we got was also very very good. The women that run the bakery are great, very helpful and nice. The place is small, but it smells so good inside that I did not want to leave, and wanted to buy most things on the shelves. Great find, and highly recommended.

We regularly enjoy a variety of breads, pastries, cookies, croissants, cupcakes, muffins, pies, along with their pantry items including various flours, sugar, and yeast - plus many other offerings. Each week’s order is placed after careful contemplation and is thoroughly enjoyed. Our most recent discovery was their wonderful cheesecake, nicely paired with local berries - oh so good! We consider the Beach Lake Bakery Family part of our family!

Absolutely love this place. Their ham and cheese croissants are unbelievably delicious.

An excellent bakery with a large selection of baked goods including all kinds of breads, cookies and pies. All are delicious and when seasons change selections change...
