Sweet 16th

I have done a lot of reviewing across the country and I very rarely give under a 3 star review. Generally, when I do- it is because I feel that the business had a blatant disregard for customer service or cleanliness. I think every person and business is prone to a mistake or two and I don’t like to put them on blast and potentially hurt their business. With that said, I am giving this bakery a 2 star review. Details below. I have made an attempt twice to order a cake from this bakery. Twice, the person who took the call was rude. My most recent attempt went like this- The person who answered the call immediately seemed annoyed by my questions and was not willing to tell me the flavors of cake offered. When I asked him what my flavor options were he said, “have you been online?” When I informed him that I hadn’t been online he said he wouldn’t be good at telling me the flavors and I should visit their website. I asked about a color and he said they could do “light pink” for an extra charge. I live for good customer service. If I am going to spend $40 for a cake, I don’t want to feel like the guy is doing me a favor. Please visit a bakery that is more serious about taking good care of customers. Their products may be delicious but unfortunately, I haven’t gotten to try them and I don’t think I will try again. Hopefully they hire someone with better people/sales skills in the future.

Best bakery in town!!! But beware the breakfast sandwich is so incredibly delicious -you’ll get addicted! The breakfast burrito is also amazing! Such a hard pick between the two, so just get both! You’ll be glad you did! When I’m staying in town, I go almost everyday. The owner is so welcoming and kind! Always tons of sweet treats to indulge in (some staples and new varieties everyday). They have the best coffee and will even sell you whole bean bags cheaper than Turnip Truck. Prices are extremely reasonable for the flavor and portions you receive. Love this place!

Oh my gosh, bring an appetite and don't eat for a few days in advance. Not a fan of their savory breakfast food, but the pastries and cookies are amazing, and the coffee is decent. Lots of variety, always fresh. They do sell out of things, hours are too short IMO, be prepared to line up outside in winter, but all of that will fade into insignificance when you sink your teeth into the first pastry. 3 stars on breakfast food, 4 on coffee, 5 on pastries, cakes and cookies.

Best lasagna I've ever had! Worth the wait if there's a line. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend.

Had the most delicious quiche and wish I could have gotten all the amazing looking sweets! The owner was so friendly and accommodating. Highly recommend this secret spot 🧁
