I had an electrical safety check completed on a property before purchase. They updated the power box for the electric shower. This lasted a few weeks over one year and when I called SMT to tell them, they said I was out of warranty (literally 12 months after installing the new box) and when I questioned the short warranty, they told me that it could be something else that's causing the wires to fry. So they are basically admitting to replacing the box without checking what caused the last one to break and now want to charge me to come take another look at it and try to do the job properly.

Friendly team plus quick and efficient service. We used SMT for an electrical safety report on a new property. They carried out the checks and we received the report within days.

SMT carried out various electrical works for me. Work was completed to a high standard and with minimal disruption. Would definitely recommend.
