First started doing group training with my rugby team and caught the bug instantly. The coaching is first class and there’s always a great buzz about the place which really helps when you’re having one of those can’t be arsed days! Don’t think I could ever go back to a conventional gym again.

Method Training is an exceptional fitness concept born from the dedication of it's owner Jamie and his passion for excellence. Everything from the friendly faces on reception, to the top class equipment and spotless facility screams professionalism and quality. The coaching is second to none, with challenging and varied programming for all. Classes and skills are taught consistently across the board and members are supported and encouraged through each session regardless of ability. Staff are always happy to provide additional guidance on stretches and drills to work on at home to improve performance or deal with limitations/injuries etc. However one of the best things, and one of the main reasons I have stayed loyal to MT for nearly 5 years is the community spirit, you really feel like a part of something much bigger than 'just a gym'. I've been lucky enough to visit training facilities all over UK and even further afield but nothing I've come across yet even comes close to Method. I can't recommend it highly enough, do yourself a favour and give it a go...

A beautiful training facility ran by inspiring and motivating staff. Been here for over 5 years now and couldn't recommend the place more. Great community with lovely members and great workouts make this place the best hour of my day

Being a part of this incredible community makes training all the more enjoyable. Top class facility with well structured workouts and constant high standards maintained by all the staff. Nearly 6 years since joining, the best decision I’ve made for my mental and physical fitness.

The coaches drill the pursuit of chasing excellence in every member via passion and perseverance. A social landmark of a community is one of the many bonuses, more than gym , from good to great, a force multiplier for quality and diversity.
