Great for any age. I am 66. Steve is very encouraging and delivers well structured sessions and modified activities to make everyone feel included. Stretched and challenged! . Now I have more mobility, more strength and feel more confident. Thank you Steve.

A friendly and welcoming gym for all ages and abilities. The facility offers classes from young aspiring weightlifters through to functional fitness enthusiasts and those who just want to throw around some tin.. There are also Boxing and strong people classes as well as an array of PT’s. It has ample parking, changing facilities and showers and is conveniently situated a stones throw from the metro station. I found this gym through recommendation following a long standing shoulder injury and was quickly given a rehabilitation plan. Joining the gym is quite frankly one of the best decisions I have ever made and I am proud to be “Unique”

This is the most amazing gym I've been too, super friendly people and great coaches. Steve Sharp knows his stuff and has helped to greatly improve my lifting. I would highly recommend Unique Fitness to anyone and everyone. Amazing atmosphere too.

I'd be lying if I said this was my favourite place, as it can be hard graft! But great staff and very helpful and motivating in helping you achieve your fitness goals. It has been life changing for me and I've lost 2 stone and gained a lot more stamina. Well worth a visit if your thinking about starting exercise. They can accommodate to your level of fitness.
