The open gym is perfect and has everything you need to get a good pump in. The classes are also great, and not your typical classes. These classes are very lifting focused and will help you get gains! Great gym for beginners to gym rats

I am someone who has always preferred solo gym time and avoided any classes but the atmosphere at NE Fitness has really changed my mind! I love their instructors and the group classes keep me motivated. They’re also kept pretty small so it never feels overcrowded and I like that the mindset is about being healthy/getting fit to feel good, whereas some gyms are so overly focused on weight loss.

The #FitFam at #NEFitness is the best around. Wide variety of classes and times available. Knowledgeable instructors that kick yer butt and provide modifications if/when necessary. Great equipment. Gorgeous riverfront view (in the Treehouse). 5 gold stars!
