Strange badminton courts are not open to family members. Very Disappointing its the kids school break, we are from north Tyneside and play all the time. I wouldnt have booked holiday time here if we new that.

A very comprehensive set of facilities and equipment. Only one major complaint is that it needs a proper water fountain in the gym that cant run out or at the very least a cold tap in the toilets!

Absolute con, I was not told at any point that a month's notice had to be given to cancel a membership and now I am being charged for the membership and the late fee. You may have conned £41 out of me but you've lost a regular customer, ET's fitness and therapy looking very attractive right now.
