They charge me for dissasemble amd assemble fee supposedly because the equipment I got had to go throught that process but magically my equipment came in one piece, why they didn't just charge for delivery. Not proffesional at all charging for things that doesn't have to be done. I am calling them and emailing them and no response. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS AT ALL

Best in the business! I have personally had them install large fitness equipment at my house on multiple occasions and they did and amazing job. Extremely professional and very knowledgeable. I highly recommend them!

VINCE VERBALLY ASSAULTS HIS FEMALE CUSTOMERS WHO DARE TO COMPLAIN ABOUT THEIR SERVICE. If you are a woman, DO NOT deal with this disrespectful and abusive owner, VINCE. Took them 3 weeks to deliver the treadmill I ordered. On the day of delivery, it had rained and the pavement was wet. The delivery drivers refused to bring my treadmill down the concrete steps into my basement (which I had paid them to do IN ADVANCE). Nobody from the company called me. When I called the next day to find out what was going on, I was told that it would be ANOTHER WEEK for them to deliver the treadmill and they wouldn't even give me a firm date. When I complained, YVONNE hung up on me. Then, I got a call from VINCE who was screaming at me and told me he was not going to deliver my treadmill at all because I complained about his delivery drivers. He was screaming at me so loud that my hands started to shake. I am now awaiting a refund for the $2500 I paid in advance.
