Went here today. Scam city, trying to overcharge me. Box was labeled with the price, I asked for half of the box and she insisted that I pay the price of the whole box. I left. Honestly save yourself some time and just go to the nice pharmacy called Nguyen Liam. YES you will pay higher prices but for higher quality products and the ladies there friendly and professional. I’ve used them twice during my time in Hanoi and they’re great compared to many others I’ve tried all over Vietnam.

The service quality is very poor, the staff does not respect the customers, I buy drugs, I don't have to ask for them to sell like alms, there will be no next time I buy them at the pharmacy, I have suggestions before.
