I booked an appointment for 2pm and was attended to almost an hour after I arrived. I waited 6 days for my results so I called the reception only to be told the doctor would call me if there was a problem. I’m happy there’s no problem, but I don’t have to call to get information about my health. You should be contacted once results are ready. That’s not professional. And this not my first bad experience I don’t know why I went back.

I was hesitant to go because of the bad reviews i read on here. Went mainly for the doctor that everyone recommended. I had an appointment today at 9:00 am and believe it or not, by 10 i was out the door. I was a first timer so count the registration process in as well. Receptionist, nurses and doctor were all very very nice to me. Was i just a lucky one? I don’t know but i have no complaints. Oh, and i ve done some lab tests for which i called around 14:00 pm and was given an answer from the doctor on the spot. Yes, the place does not look that great (as in modern) but it’s clean. I will go again there, if needed.

Would give 4 or 5 star for head doctor, but the rest is from stone age. Personnel, facilities, organization etc, especially the entrance door). İf you get your appointment for 2 don't go before 3, useless. This drives one crazy. All personnel except few should be banned from working in a clinic or anything dealing with customers. But we still go there because my wife likes doctor Luitgard.

One of the top OB GYN clinics in Accra for years past. Service has improved. Not the most modern looking place but I keep coming back because of the confidence in healthcare.

The worst I saw! You wait wait wait wait for nothing! 2 days I wait 1 hour, 2 hours and I never saw the doctor. The personal is not kindly, don't wear the mask, don't ask to wash hands, and don't wash their hands before touching you!!! None professional Run
