Very helpful with advice and key cutting services. Even coded keys can be copied which saved me travelling too far elsewhere.

Chubb's double glazing repair people were supposed to come out on Monday, mid-to-late morning. They arrived wearing masks and gloves, which I was impressed by. They looked at my broken first-floor window and said they would need a longer ladder than they had with them, and that they'd be back in an hour. No one returned. No one contacted me to tell me what was happening. I rang up on Tuesday morning to find out what was going on to be told that the two people who'd turned up at my house had passed the job onto another engineer, and that this engineer couldn't come out until... Monday next week. So I would have to wait over a week with an unsecured house. I'm deeply unimpressed.

Went in to the shop to get some advice on a lock I needed to replace. Although they didn’t have the item I needed I got some helpful advice and managed to sort what I needed elsewhere as a result.

Made the call at just after 9am and by 10.20am they had repaired my broken window handle and lock. Extremely happy with this service.
