After a very long walk through the jungle of Izabal and Izabal lake, visiting Mayan towns, is Cueva del Tigre. The main attraction is the pool a few meters from the entrance. A staircase is needed to reach the pool down if you’re not brave enough to jump. The sensation is fantastic.

Awesome place Incredible experience in the jungle of Izabal. The cave is not accessible for people with disabilities or children because the road is long and slippery, and to swim in the cave you have to either jump or climb a ladder for 3 meters, but despite this it is totally worth going. The water in the cave is cold and refreshing, as well as totally clean and crystal clear. Recommendable.

very good experience of cave exploration, the extension is short but it is very good tour, the hot springs are very relaxing, highly recommended

Impressive, ideal for adventure lovers. It is recommended to bring a swimsuit, you can make a jump of approximately 3 meters high into the crystal clear water of the cave, it has a route of around 100 meters. It is necessary to arrive with a guide to avoid getting lost, it also does the work of carrying a ladder to be able to descend to the pool inside the lagoon. On the way to the cave they pass through the village ak 'tenamit with a small handicraft market
