What an amazing place! I highly recommend. We just spent 10 days here with our family. We rented the whole place so spacious and relaxing . Waking up each morning to this view and watching sunsets from the deck each night. We had 10 adults 3 children. Each floor has their own kitchen and bathroom. Upstairs has 2 bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms . If your a diver close to spooky channel. They have kayaks to use to paddle to reef for awesome snorkeling. Swimming with dolphins close by as well.Water taxis pick you up off the dock. Very clean, everything you need for cooking grilling. They have driving and cooking services which we used that were incredible thank you Frankie and Jenny. We took water taxi to West bay a few times and had driver pick us up. It was nice to be out of the hustle , bustle and touristy part west bay which we loved. Really loved location of the house felt really safe.

We had 11 adults staying here we used all 3 floors. The house is nice and was some what clean. The things that went wrong was the lower level had bathroom issues the toilet was lose and had an odor when used and the grill was broken in the garage. The main floor had the grill broken as well and the hot water did not work very well but everything else was great the view off the deck was great every night and morning. (We spent a lot of timeout there) The top floor had AC issues that they came and fixed very quickly after we turned it in. One of the garage doors was broken and would not open so we had to park 2 cars outside wiggling them in to shut the gate fortunately one of our cars was a small compacked car. Now the pier was a let down with the first day we found that the stairs to get in the water had a bad step that had nails sticking out and that there was mud that came up above your ankles and the water was not more then 4 foot deep. I know that is not the owners fault but was not something that we expect. Now we did find beaches to go to with a short drive.

Terrible attention, the receptionist of the worst, we had three hours before coming to open the house, although we were with children! I do not recommend it, traveling so long and paying so much for such bad attention is not worth it
